HPC Business Day at NCC Sweden!

On the 5th of October, ENCCS, for the first time, organized the Swedish HPC Business Day face-to-face event in collaboration with its third-party RISE and PDC – Center for High-Performance Computing at KTH. The event was a big success and attracted 16 companies and public organizations. At the event, the participants shared their experiences and wishes of using HPC. They described the advantages of using HPC for their businesses and discussed the hurdles they face connected to the lack of hardware, lack of experience with HPC application software, and legal aspects. > Read more

The National Library of Sweden has been awarded development access to the Vega EuroHPC JU system making it the first public administration actor in Sweden to access the system. Exascale Computing day with an open day at NCC Slovenia!

“Exascale” computers are supercomputers of the future that will be able to compute at least 10^18 floating-point operations per second (1 exaFLOPS). NCC Switzerland launches new software product website in support of EuroCC Project

CSCS recently unveiled two new innovative software products, Sarus and FirecREST, designed for improving data workflows and porting of applications to HPC systems. A brand new web portal has been launched to provide detailed information about the new products, including use cases, downloads, documentation, and contact information. > Read more
